I have attended many art shows, car shows, conventions and graduations here at the San Jose Convention Center. Every time, I was impressed with the number of out of town visitors at this Center. So I concluded that, this convention center image is probably one of the image of San Jose, that, those visitors remember. Any visitors of this convention center should be able to recall their experiences at the center when they see this painting. Every time I look at this painting I recall the activities I enjoyed there. I also thought that the façade was used very well here to hide a rather ugly (big warehouse roof) building. That is why I painted the façade and the fountain in the front in my painting.
